Megaworld’s 2nd condo tower almost sold out; launches 3rd tower for One Madison Place

Due to the overwhelming demand of luxury residential condominiums in Iloilo City, Megaworld, the country’s leading real estate developer that pioneered the ‘live-work-play-learn’ lifestyle township concept in the Philippines, launches the third tower of its One Madison Place in Iloilo City.

One Madison Place’s first tower is already sold out while the second tower is almost 80 percent sold out, just barely two months after its launch.

The entry of the third tower completes the three-tower residential condominium cluster of One Madison Place. Pre-selling for the third tower will start by end of August.

“We are very impressed with the response of the Ilonggos to One Madison Place. It usually takes a minimum of six months to sell out a project. But here, it only takes an average of two months,” declares Jennifer Palmares-Fong, head of marketing, Iloilo Business Park.

One Madison Place Luxury Residences at the Iloilo Business Park
Occupying a sprawling 1,700 square meters of land area along Megaworld Boulevard in Iloilo Business Park, One Madison Place has redefined the living experience in a township masterpiece. It boasts of a vibrant dwelling space that can satisfy the discerning taste of future residents.

The 10-storey third tower has layouts ranging from studios to one- or two-bedrooms. Each unit will be pre-furnished and has top-of-the-line amenities separated from the first tower. These include the swimming pool with composite wood deck, aqua fitness pool, outdoor spa, outdoor fitness station, function rooms, children’s play area, reading nook with green wall features, trellised seating area, pocket gardens, and a state-of-the-art fitness gym. An arcade of retail shops is also expected to open at the ground floor.

“With the third tower, we will offer larger floor layouts to cater mostly to families. Modern luxury living has indeed found its niche here in One Madison Place – where the best of Iloilo will soon come home,” says Fong.
Festive Walk

The project is expected to be completed in 2017.

Iloilo Business Park is Megaworld’s biggest township in Western Visayas, modelled after the company’s ‘live-work-play-learn’ lifestyle township formula in the Philippines. Among its successful townships include Eastwood City, known to be the Philippines’ first cyberpark; McKinley Hill in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig; and Newport City in Pasay City, home of the famous Resorts World Manila.

Aside from condominiums, the vast Iloilo Business Park is also selling prime lots exclusively for the boutique hotel and commercial district. Also soon to rise in the township are BPO office towers, luxury hotels, a world-class Megaworld Lifestyle Mall, the 1.1-kilometer Festive Walk commercial strip, open parks, transport hub and the much-anticipated Iloilo Convention Center./PRESS RELEASE.

St. Joseph Chapel at Festive Walk Iloilo's The Deck

While most malls around the country host Sunday masses in some obscure hallway filled with plastic chairs with a makeshift altar, some malls have built niches or transformed unused spaces into places of worship. And Ilonggos should be proud that one of the newest malls in Iloilo City has actually a chapel located in a prime spot and one that boasts both beauty and serenity.  The St. Joseph Chapel at Festive Walk Iloilo is located in one of its al fresco areas known as The Deck located  at the 3rd level. While this open air area also has a mini plaza and dog park (and soon - cafes and restaurants) it is the chapel that highlights this al fresco part of the mall. Eucharistic mass services are held every Sunday at 11am while first Friday masses at 5pm.  It is open to the public everyday for personal moments of silence and solitude. The Deck and everything in it is open from 10am to 10pm with the entrance located betwee...
