Two New Authentic European Dining Destinations Now Open at Festive Walk Iloilo

Iloilo City welcomes a taste of Europe as two new restaurants—Carpaccio by Chef Antonio Consoli and El Rincón de los Sabores—open their doors at the Festive Walk Parade, bringing with them stories, flavors, and culinary traditions from Italy and Spain.

Carpaccio by Chef Antonio Consoli

At Carpaccio, every dish tells the story of Italy. Chef Antonio Consoli, known for his refined take on traditional Italian fare, transforms simple, raw ingredients into elevated experiences.

From Antipasti to Dolci, each plate is crafted with precision and passion. Some of the must-trys include the signature Spaghetti All’Aragosta, Caviale, and the Wagyu Ribeye. Carpaccio invites diners to slow down, savor, and celebrate the art of Italian cooking.

El Rincón de los Sabores

Just a few steps away, diners will find a cozy Spanish escape at El Rincón de los Sabores. This charming spot is helmed by Chef Juan Carlos, an 80-year-old Spaniard who brought his family’s culinary heritage from Madrid to Iloilo.

The space is more than a restaurant—it’s a place to shar stories, culture, and connection. Order the Montaraz Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, prized for its rich, nutty flavor and silky texture, sliced thin and served with purpose.

Both concepts are now open at the Ground Floor of Festive Walk Parade from 10am to 10pm, offering Ilonggos the opportunity to experience European dining that’s both authentic and heartfelt—without leaving the city.
