SM City Iloilo gears up for expansion and development

The biggest mall in the region gets even bigger as SM City Iloilo gears up for expansion and more development.
Information from all over the internet reveals that the mall is not going only to expand the main building but also complement the existing structure with other developments.From  the projects contractor's website MONOLITH, here's how the expansion building will look with the construction details.

Online information (unofficial) state the following developments for SM City Iloilo:
INJAP Tower across SM City Iloilo provides a bird's eye view of the mall's expansion.
  • A 4-level mall expansion (to be "attached" to the current building ) which is rumored to include stores like Forever 21, Uniqlo, Vikings Buffet, among others.
  • Public transport terminal being constructed in front on the existing building with access to the pedestrian overpass
New SM City Iloilo jeepney terminal under construction.
  • A 150-room hotel named Park Inn by Radisson at the back portion
  • Expansion of SM Southpoint into a two level dining and shopping strip bordering Plazuela de Iloilo. 
  • A rumored SMDC condo and/or BPO Tower (taller than and) beside Injap Tower connected by the overpass.
Here's how everything will fit in according to various info.
Some of these are unofficial information gathered from an online forum while others are from official press releases with little or limited details yet. Official information from SM will be posted here as soon as they will be made publicly available.
Ending this post is another bird's eye-view from the Injap Tower showing the SM City Iloilo complex which rumors also say will be renamed SM Iloilo Premiere.

UPDATE: As of Sept 16, 2014

* Transport terminal will be operational by Sept.23, 2014
* Additional parking is being developed at the back and side of the expansion mall
* If based on the proportions of the render, the expansion mall is 1/3 the size of the original mall - approximately 30,000 sqm (based on Monolith its 35,000+). OFFICIAL Data from SM Prime is  now 50,849.00 sqm.

Iloilo Ancestral Houses: The Lizares Mansion in Jaro

One the most elegant reminders of Iloilo's rich and noble past is the imposing Lizares Mansion in Tabuc Suba, Jaro. Situated in an almost 2-hectare lot, this mansion was built in 1937 by Don Emiliano Lizares for his wife Conchita Gamboa. The mansion has three floors, a basement and an attic. It has a winding wooden staircase and big bedrooms with floor and doors made of hardwood. It has 59 doors which indicate the intricacy of its layout.  When World War II broke out, the family left for a safe hiding place in Pototan, Iloilo. The mansion was then used as headquarters of the Japanese army. It was believed that the basement became a dumping ground for tortured Filipinos. After the war, the family went back to live in the mansion, but life was never the same. In 1950, Don Emiliano Lizares died and his widow left for Manila, leasing the mansion to a businessman who turned it into a casino.  The city mayor later ordered that the casino be closed, claimi
