SM Hotels and Conventions Corp (SMHCC) just announced the opening of Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Iloilo by March of 2019!

Located on a prime spot next to SM City Iloilo, the 200-room, 10-storey hotel will become the 3rd hotel under the Park Inn by Radisson brand in the Philippines but it will be the 1st to be fully-managed by SMHCC.

With its central location in the burgeoning district of Mandurriao, the hotel is 20 minutes away from Iloilo International Airport and is in the heart of Iloilo City’s new central business district plus just a few minutes from tourist attractions, museums and historical landmarks. And the island getaway of Guimaras is just 30 minutes away!

Superior Room
Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo will have around 200 rooms with room type ranging from Standard (98) and Superior (42) to DeLuxe (42) and Suites (17). Offering more than a vibrant ambiance, each room ranging from 25sqm to 47 sqm is equipped with comfortable beds (single/double/queen/king), casual chairs and  tables  plus a spacious and well-appiinted workstation. Amenities include: LCD TV, Mini refrigerator (drinks and snacks on request), Coffee/tea facilities, Hair dryer, In-room electronic safe, , and complimentary high-speed Internet for unlimited connectivity, among others.

Suite Room
Other facilities of the hotel include a swimming pool (adult and kids), an all-day dining restaurant will provide a hip setting in which groups can meet over exciting food and beverage options. This includes a convenient self serve section which offers busy travelers a variety of ready-to-eat choices that can be consumed on-the-go.  

“The Living Room” concept allows guests at the lobby to socialize and provides an intimate space for individuals who wish to unwind through reading or surfing the net. For recreation, the hotel has a gym as well as a swimming pool for both adults and children.

Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo will also provide choice venues for meetings and social events. It’s main function room can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests which makes it an ideal venue for small to mid-sized events while an al fresco facility by the poolside caters to relaxing early evening functions.
SM Southpoiint
A bridgeway will be built towards SM Southpoint at the second level for seamless interconnection with the entire SM City Iloilo complex. An access road between the hotel and SM Southpoint will also be constructed towards ISA  Road

An SMX Convention Center Iloilo is set to be built near the hotel to complement the whole complex as well as boost further Iloilo City’s MICE facilities. The development of new SMX Convention Centers in key cities further cements its position as the country’s premier conventions and events destination.
