MARCO POLO PARKPLACE Roundtable discussion with Mr. Michael G. Salazar (left), Product Planning Department Head, Federal Land, Inc. and Mr. John Cabato, Senior VP and Head of Sales and Marketing, Federal Land, Inc.

The 30-storey, 350-unit Marco Polo Parkplace perched atop Cebu's Nivel Hills captures a panoramic view of the city’s bluest coasts and hillsides next to its thriving metropolis.

The newly launched luxe condo in this posh Nivel Hills address has a selection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with spaces ranging from 30 square meters (sq.m) to 79 sq.m.

Its coordinated palettes, patterns, and texture of its interiors exude elegance while its extensive set of amenities for play and leisure embrace a world of lifestyles.

UNIQUE DESIGN AND AMENITIES

With its distinctive architecture resembling two connecting pearls, Parkplace emphasis on curves creates a visually fluid space different yet complementing the straight symmetry of the surrounding structures.

While swimming pools and fitness gyms are common condo features, Marco Polo Residences - Cebu has shared amenities among its towers.

How about your own private movie screening in a posh mini theatre with lazy boy chairs?

A game of billiards in the recreation room would be nice too!

Kids can enjoy their own playplace.

Fully furnished villas are also part of the condo complex and some having their very own dipping pool.

While mindful of individual comfort, Parkplace, on its own, extends possibilities for pleasure and relaxation with a range of recreational options, including different areas for fitness, games, and entertainment.

Residents can also choose from various facilities such as: Circuit Training and Yoga Studio, Art Room, KTV Room, Mini Theater, Sky Lounge, and the Golf Simulator. Marco Polo Parkplace provides an amenity spread of over 40 recreational facilities to enjoy.

VISAYAS AS A POWERHOUSE

Marco Polo Parkplace targets local affluent families, foreign investors and high earners according John Cabato, senior vice president and head of sales and marketing of Federal Land Inc.

While their market are foreign investors who are connected to the booming business process management companies and manufacturing, import and export firms in Cebu, Cabato said that nearby cities such as Iloilo and Bacolod also are part of the bigger market

Cabato said the Visayas, anchored by Metro Cebu and supported by these twin Ilonggo citie remains to be a strong region for real estate investments as its robust economy continues to attract more investments.

“These Visayan cities are always on our mind because we think they're a growth area. Visayas will be a great place to support different lifestyles combining economy, urbanity and rustic charm,” he added.

FUTURE EXPANSION

In a roundtable discussion with reporters and bloggers from Iloilo and Bacolod at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, Cabato said Federal Land sees the interconnection between Cebu, Iloilo and Bacolod as a major commerce and tourism hub in the Visayas.

Cabato said affluent families in Iloilo and Bacolod are also investing in various properties in Cebu and other areas.

“What we would like to create is intra-regional investment. That only means that all regions in the Visayas will grow,” he noted.

Federal Land is also keen in expanding in Iloilo and Bacolod.
