EON Realty, A.C Tajanglangit Construction sign contract for 15-storey Bernwood Tower Iloilo

Poised to become the tallest building in the Iloilo City proper area, Bernwood Tower is the first of many vertical projects of EON Realty and Development Corporation have in its pipeline.


A contract signing between EON Realty and A.C. Tajanlangit Construction, Builders and Development Corporation was held last February 14, 2021 at the Eon Centennial Plaza Hotel, Iloilo City.



Mr. Felix Tiu, Chairman, and Mr. Eon Tiu, President/CEO represented EON Realty and Development Corporation while Mr. Anthony Allan Tajanlangit, President/CEO and Engr. Joel Pingoy, COO, signed on behalf of A.C. Tajanlangit Construction, Builders and Development Corporation.


The 15 storey residential/commercial condominium building is located inside Dona Aurora Subdivision, Brgy. Villa Anita in Iloilo City Proper.

Its strategic location between downtown Iloilo City and the emerging central business district of Mandurriao managed its current "80% sold" rate in record time.

Its construction manager, A.C. Tajanlangit Construction, Builders and Development Corporation is tasked to deliver Bernwood Tower by October 2023, almost a year after its original date which was stalled by the pandemic.

Bernwood Tower Iloilo will have 379 residential, with 353 units classified as studio type and 26 as two-bedroom units.

All these units are equipped with air conditioning slots (free ACU with every purchase), hot and cold showers, keycard door access, wardrobe, and floor tiles, cupboard and kitchen counter, and complete toilet accessories.


Commercial spaces will be available on its ground floor for convenience stores, laundry shop, coffee shop, restaurant, internet shop, men and women salon, among others.


The penthouse will provide a space for the pavilion, infinity pool, and gym for the unit owners to enjoy.

Over-all building amenities and facilities include a 24-hour reception desk and elevator, 24-7 CCTV on all public areas plus parking with valet services.
