Megaworld breaks ground for 405-room Belmont Hotel Iloilo

Property giant Megaworld Corporation  breaks ground for Belmont Hotel Iloilo inside the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

Belmont Hotel Iloilo will be a 12-storey mid-rise structure  with 405 suites that will make up the hotel- making it one of the biggest hotels in Iloilo in term of number of rooms. These suites  are classified as Twin Suites, Queen Suites, Junior Suites, Executive Suites and Specially-Abled Suites for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

Among the amenities of Belmont Hotel Iloilo are the swimming pool with in-pool lounge, landscaped deck with pool bar and outdoor lounge, fitness center with sauna, function room, and an all-day dining restaurant.



The hotel will complement the design and feel of the 1.1 kilometer Festive Walk Parade with the lower levels hosting shops, cafes and restaurants. It is adjacent to the Parisian-themed residential towers - Saint Honore and Saint Domonique.

The fourth hotel under the company’s homegrown Belmont brand will greatly increase Iloilo City's accommodation capacity.

And with its location near Festive Walk Parade, just a walking distance from the Iloilo Convention Center, will greatly boost the city's MICE capabilities. It is also the third hotel property inside Iloilo Business Park.
