TMC Iloilo, Miss Iloilo 2024 give back to Ilonggo community   

The Medical City (TMC) Iloilo and Miss Iloilo 2024 candidates gave back to the Ilonggo community through an outreach activity held on December 10 at Brgy. Tap-oc, Molo, Iloilo City. 

Miss Iloilo 2024 partnered with TMC Iloilo for the conduct of the said outreach activity which served as one of the pre-pageant events of Miss Iloilo 2024 and TMC Iloilo’s way of giving back to its host community in time for the Christmas Season. 

 

The outreach activity was highlighted with medical consultations both for internal medicine and pediatric patients, handwashing activity, storytelling, and gift-giving for kids.  



More than 100 residents of Brgy. Tap-oc, Molo, Iloilo City benefited from the said outreach activity participated by the candidates of Miss Iloilo who assisted TMC Iloilo doctors, nurses, and staff in providing medical services and giving joy to the beneficiaries. 

 

Brgy. Tap-oc in Molo District was chosen by TMC Iloilo to be the beneficiary of the outreach activity as it is where the hospital is located. 



“It’s time for us to also give back to the community that hosts us. This outreach activity is part of our Corporate Social Responsibility as we continuously commit to bring healthcare closer to every Ilonggo,” said TMC Iloilo Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Prince Juliene Hermaine Celo. 

 

On her part, Tap-oc, Molo Barangay Captain Sheila Mabilog expressed her gratitude to TMC Iloilo for choosing their community to be the beneficiary of the outreach activity. 


 


“I am very thankful to TMC Iloilo for bringing their healthcare services to our barangay. This became more meaningful with the presence of our Miss Iloilo 2024 candidates who spent time with our residents and brought joy and smiles to us this Christmas. This is an early Christmas gift to us,” she noted, 

 

Meanwhile, Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc (IFFI) Executive Director Joyce Clavecillas said that she is grateful to TMC Iloilo for partnering with Miss Iloilo 2024. 

 


“We are lucky to have TMC Iloilo as our exclusive healthcare partner for Miss Iloilo 2024. Our partnership is truly meaningful as we also promote health and wellness to the Ilonggo community as part of our advocacy,” she highlighted. 

 

As exclusive healthcare partner of Miss Iloilo 2024, TMC Iloilo will be providing the candidates with healthcare services such as Women’s Health consultation, diet and nutrition management guidance, and aesthetic assessment, among others.

 LG Philippines affirms its commitment to build a better community with its recent CSR initiative in Iloilo.
