On the Go Home Services launched 


The Medical City Iloilo is redefining convenience with the launching of two new services. 

 

TMC Iloilo now caters to patients for Drive-Thru Laboratory services and TMC On-the-Go Home Services to further provide patient partners quality, fast, and hassle-free way of availing laboratory services. 

 


“Through these newly launched services, we aim to bring quality laboratory services to the Ilonggos without compromising their safety. Now, more than ever, one’s health should not be compromised. Thus, we are providing our patient partners a more convenient way of availing our services for them continue monitoring their health,” TMC Iloilo Chief Executive Officer Dr. Felix Ray Villa said. 

 

TMC Iloilo Drive-Thru Laboratory offers a convenient and safe way of availing the hospital’s laboratory services. Unlike other hospital Drive-Thru services, TMC Iloilo Drive-Thru does not only offer RT-PCR Test. It is also available for other routine laboratory services. 

 

To avail TMC Iloilo Drive-Thru Laboratory and for the complete list of services available, log on to www.themedicalcityiloilo.com and go to Drive-Thru Lab Services tab. Choose between RT-PCR Services or Routine Laboratory Services and fill out the required forms and choose among the time and dates available. Pay online and wait for the confirmation email and QR Code from TMC Iloilo. 

 

On your confirmed schedule, present the QR Code together with your identification card to the drive-thru personnel to proceed with the service. Results will be sent via email within the day for Routine Laboratory Services and a maximum of two working days for RT-PCR Services. 



 

Meanwhile, to avail TMC On the Go, call TMC Iloilo thru (033) 500-1000 loc. 50221 or 0956-276-0764. Book your preferred date of home visit for service availment and have the test at the comfort of your own home. Laboratory results will be sent via email within 24 hours.
