SM foundation, Uniqlo extends more relief assistance to Iloilo City


Through its sustained partnership with Uniqlo Philippines, SM Foundation was able to distribute kalinga packs to families of Brgy. Bolilao, Mandurriao in Iloilo City, affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine.


It can be recalled that through the Iloilo City Government, SM And Uniqlo have earlier extended assistance to the different jeepney associations in the city, the tricycle and trisikad drivers in Jaro, affected residents in Brgy. San Rafael in Mandurriao as well as in Brgy. Katilingban and North Baluarte in Molo district.


Through the Municiplity of Concepcion, Iloilo the SM Cares Village in Bacjawan  Sur in the said town were also recipients of the food packs form SM and Uniqlo. 

The donation is on top of SM’s P170M support for the government, communities, and hospitals to contain and overcome the COVID-19 pandemic.


SMedical supplies are also allocated to Iloilo City including ventilators, surgical and N95 masks, alcohol, personal protective clothings, raincoats, protective googles, hygiene kits, nitrile gloves and shoe covers.
