Gaisano Iloilo City Centre


On the occasion of it's 20th anniversary, TI Vasquez Architects and Planners Inc. released a video presentation showcasing its history back two decades ago. From its humble beginnings to its booming present and promising future, TVA&P Inc is fast becoming one of the "it" firms when it comes to design and development. 
The more than 6-minute video was a presentation of its various projects and the final minute showcased what  is in store for Iloilo with TVA&P's mega project with the Gaisano group. Dubbed as the Gaisano Iloilo City Centre, the mega project which was launched only this year will have some breathtaking features which includes a multi use complex with a shopping mall, a convention center  and a 40 storey tower. It will also have an artificial river with fountains and paraw-inspired bridge.
