My City, My SM, My Crafts goes to SM City Iloilo

My City, My SM, My Crafts is a celebration of traditional arts and modern Philippine design. It is a take-off from the My City, My SM campaign, which promotes tourism; and My City, My SM, My Cuisine, which highlights the culinary specialties of our host cities.
The mall will also showcase the best of the best in modern Philippine design, as well as the One Town, One Product or OTOP program through the invaluable assistance and guidance of project partners such as the Bureau of Domestic Trade, CITEM, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, and the Philippine Star.
Federico Caballero, Iloilo’s very own and National Living Treasure awardee of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), will be given a tribute during the launch along with the other craftsmen who have brought Ilonggo craftsmanship in the next level.
The crafts include Sinamay in Arevalo, Hablon of Miagao, Bobbin Lace of Sta. Barbara, Abaca of Tuburan, Januiay, Nito of Nagpana in Barotac Viejo, Capiz Shells of Oton, Pinili Home Decors, CM Bamboocrafts and of course the Tinubok creations of Panay-Bukidnon.
