Eon Realty breaks ground for the 15-storey Bernwood Centrale

Iloilo's homegrown real estate developer, Eon Realty and Development Corporation, recently unveiled its newest residential project in Iloilo City - Bernwood Centrale, rising 15-storeys high along Lopez Jaena Street in the historic district of Jaro.


This new condominium project will home to some 858 units which includes studio and multi-room units.  Condo amenities include a gym, study hub, play house, function rooms, swimming pool, joging trail and an open garden.


Part of the development are parking lots and commercial spaces intended for coffee shops/restaurants, and a convenience store to complement the needs of the unit owners.

Bernwood Centrale is strategically located near prime schools, major shopping centers, government and private offices as well as historic and cultural attractions in the heritage district of Jaro.


It is also located along major thoroughfare which connects it directly with La Paz and Downtown Iloilo City as well as the municipalities Pavia and Santa Barbara which is the gateway to the Iloilo International Airport.

A groundbreaking and dedication ceremony was held onsite last April 9, 2022 and present during the event were the corporate leaders of Eon Group of Company headed by Chairman Felix Tiu; Real Estate VP Bernadette C. Tiu, and President/CEO Eon C. Tiu.


Congresswoman Jam Jam Baronda, LRA Administrator Robert Leyretana, and Hon. Rommel Duron (representing Mayor Jerry Trenas) led the groundbreaking ceremony while Pastor Normandy Notes led the project's  dedication.


Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Eduardo D. Del Rosario and Regional Director for Western Visayas, Eva Maria P. Marfil gave their congratulatory messages though a video presentation.


The event also gathered families and friends (who gave a surprise birthday celebration for VP Bernadette Tiu), key government officials, corporate partner, business associations and organizations, employees, and real estate brokers and agents in Iloilo.
